Pre-Event Recce and Camera Plot
TALL’s event coverage begins days before the event itself. We walk the venue with the programme schedule in hand, identifying which spaces carry energy, where the light is during the key moments, and where cameras need to be to catch what actually matters without disrupting the experience. A camera plot is built and shared with the production team so that every operator knows their assignment and their reason for being there. We plan for the scheduled moments and anticipate where the unplanned ones are most likely to happen. Events that feel spontaneously captured on film are almost always the result of very deliberate preparation.
Multi-Camera Live Coverage
On the day, TALL operates as a documentary crew with a narrative instinct. Multi-camera means every critical moment has at least two angles. But the more important discipline is knowing where to look when nobody is performing for the camera: the reaction shot in the audience, the quiet exchange backstage, the detail that tells the story of the room more honestly than any stage moment does. Alongside this observational work, we capture all the structured elements the client needs: keynote coverage, panel sessions, brand activations, performances. Our crew operates with a low profile and high discipline. We are invisible unless we are needed.
Same-Day Selects Cut
For events that require social content before the night is out, TALL delivers a same-day selects cut: a thirty-to-ninety-second piece built from the strongest footage of the day, graded and captioned for immediate publication. This is not a rough cut. It is a finished piece assembled under speed conditions, and the only way it is possible is if the camera team has been selecting and flagging footage throughout the day rather than reviewing at the end. The same-day cut does not replace the full edit. It serves the moment while the moment is still alive.
Full Edit, Grade and Format Delivery
The full event film is structured around a clear emotional arc: arrival and anticipation, energy and peak, connection and close. This arc is built in the edit from the footage collected, not imposed on footage that does not support it. Music is selected after the assembly cut is locked, so it responds to the actual rhythm of the edit rather than dictating it. The grade brings visual consistency across footage shot in varied lighting conditions across the venue. Delivery includes the full-length archive film, a social cut, and any additional formats the client requires for internal use, broadcast, or press. Every version is finished to the same standard as the flagship cut.
